Need a friend for support and companionship?
Need a lift to a medical appointment?
We can help.
Befriending
A befriending service, providing regular visits and companionship to those who are isolated and/or living alone.
Our volunteers are different ages and come from all walks of life. They have been through a thorough application process and cleared regulatory security checks. We aim to match you with someone who will provide real support and company.
Transport Service
For patients who have no other means of getting to and from the Health Centre, local hospitals and other medical appointments such as dentists or opticians, Modbury Caring’s team of DBS checked drivers can assist with your transport needs.
Fundraising
Our services are free, however we need to cover our costs.
Can you help us?

Are you interested in giving something back to your community?
If the answer to these questions is YES, could you become a volunteer for Modbury Caring?
